What we offer
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, perinatal or postpartum mood disorders, infertility, maternal burnout, generational or systemic trauma, culturally specific concerns, or relationship challenges, we’re here to support you. If what you’re experiencing falls outside of these areas, we invite you to reach out. We work with a wide range of clients and can better understand your needs through a phone consultation.
We accept Aetna and United Health insurance for individual therapy only. We offer superbills for out of network claims.

Individual therapy is a collaborative process where you work to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a supportive, non-judgmental space. It offers the opportunity to better understand yourself, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, fertility issues, or interpersonal relationship challenges, therapy is tailored to your unique needs and pace.
Through evidence-based approaches and compassionate guidance, individual therapy helps you build insight, resilience, and practical skills for lasting change. It’s not about being “fixed,” but about being supported—gaining clarity, strengthening emotional well-being, and empowering you to move forward with greater confidence and self-awareness.

Couples therapy is a supportive space for partners to slow down, be heard, and better understand one another. Sessions focus on improving communication, resolving ongoing conflicts, and strengthening emotional connection. Whether you’re navigating frequent arguments, rebuilding trust, adjusting to life changes, or simply wanting to feel closer, couples therapy can help you move forward together.
In sessions, the therapist works with both partners to identify unhelpful patterns, clarify needs and expectations, and develop healthier ways of relating. The approach is collaborative and non-judgmental, with attention given to each person’s experiences while also focusing on the relationship as a whole.
Couples therapy can help you:
Communicate more openly and effectively
Reduce conflict and break negative cycles
Rebuild trust after hurt or disconnection
Deepen intimacy and emotional safety
Navigate transitions such as parenthood, career changes, or separation decisions
Therapy is tailored to your unique relationship, goals, and values. Some couples attend short-term therapy to address a specific concern, while others choose ongoing support to strengthen their partnership over time.
If you’d like, I can also rewrite this to sound more clinical, warm and conversational, brief, or aligned with a specific therapy model (e.g., EFT, Gottman, psychodynamic).
